The Trust leads <a href=\"https:\/\/sandieboxx.com\/grapes\/guided-walks\/\">guided walks<\/a> on these trails and works to help educate the public about both OCT and non-OCT lands.<\/p>\n<p>Whether heading out on your own or joining one of our walks, be sure to observe the generally accepted rules for <a href=\"https:\/\/americanhiking.org\/resources\/hiking-etiquette\/\">walking in public places<\/a>. Please review our policy for bringing <a href=\"https:\/\/sandieboxx.com\/grapes\/wp-content\/uploads\/OCT-Dog-Policy-Approved-8-27-19-Updated-11-9-2022.pdf\">dogs on OCT land<\/a> and the Town of Orleans regulations. Trail markers on trees will guide you on most OCT trails, and it&#8217;s always a good idea to carry a trail map-you&#8217;ll find printable maps on the page for each area.<\/p>\n\t<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.town.orleans.ma.us\/202\/Conservation-Properties\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Town of Orleans Conservation Commission<\/strong><\/a> manages additional trails in town, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Christian Property<\/li>\n<li>Baker&#8217;s Pond<\/li>\n<li>John Kenrick Woods<\/li>\n<li>Kent&#8217;s Point<\/li>\n<li>Paw Wah<\/li>\n<li>Peck Property<\/li>\n<li>Putnam Farm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t<blockquote>&#8220;When I was still new to Orleans and a part-time resident, I was thrilled to discover the wonderful trails OCT maintains on its properties.
